Creating an exigent visual narrative.


On August 29, 2021 Hurricane Ida made landfall in the state of Louisiana becoming the second-most damaging and intense hurricane to make landfall in Louisiana on record, behind Hurricane Katrina in 2005. days after the hurricane, client LP Building (Louisiana-Pacific Corporation) tasked me with documenting and telling the story of the devastating affect the hurricane had on the community of Grand Isle, Louisiana, just east of Port Fourchon where the hurricane made direct landfall.
